The village is located in a sheltered valley in the hills above the Vezere Valley 11 kilometers from the fabulous town of Terrasson where you can find everything you need. The house dominates the square on one side and is at right angles to the magnificent old church, The place and road leading to it have been given given a makeover and are very attractive indeed. Through the main entrance are polished wooden stairs leading to three bedrooms which are all en-suite, the two smaller having showers and the master bedroom having a huge bathroom with both a shower and bath. All rooms are of good size and are airy and tastefully decorated. On the left side of the kitchen a small step leads into the other part of the house that can be closed to form a separate gite. First of all on your left is a beautiful family bathroom with a toilet. On your right is a small kitchen equipped with everything you may need for a vacation, the rest of the room is a comfortable living room. There are stairs on the right leading to two light and airy bedrooms each with their own bathroom and toilet. The whole house is decorated tastefully and is a very clean property. Double glazing is installed in each room and there is oil central heating with a high quality boiler. You could move into straight in and start earning a reasonable income doing B-B or renting one of the houses. The village is close to the A89 and the A20 motorways and is close to Limoges, Bergerac and Brive airports. There is also a train station in nearby Condat where you catch a train to Brive or Bordeaux. There are many nearby attractions including the medieval town of Sarlat, Lascaux caves at Montignac and the château at Hautefort plus many other attractions and castles, too many to list in fact! There are also the beautiful rivers Vezere and Dordogne where you can rent a canoe for the day. There are also swimming lakes ideal for children, not to mention the beautiful old towns and villages of the region and of course the amazing gastronomy of the Périgord.
