Small Quiet site with no way of expanding.

It has never been rented out and only used by ourselves. We are all non smokers.
The home is a Normandy Deauville 2 bed 36' x 12' ( sited here Sept 2012 ) and has a front lounge and sleeps 4 people.
The outside skin of the home is not aluminium (as normal ) but UPVC in white. It has a modern pan tile roof and is now fully skirted with breeze vent lining. Under the home stays dry providing ample secure storage. It is very well insulated and is double glazed with UPVC windows up to the minute standard (28mm gap I believe.) The lounge can seat 7 people in comfort and is light and airy. We bought a sideboard for extra storage as this was a bit lacking. The kitchen has gas hob and oven with extractor, large fridge freezer good sized sink with mixer tap. It has plenty of cupboard space. The water is heated by a multipoint instant water heater. The guest bed room has 2 single beds, one slides under the other when not in use. A big wardrobe and a 3 drawer chest and over bed lockers. The toilet is in a small room next door and it also contains an automatic washing machine and an indoor fold away clothes airer. The bathroom is across the hall and has a large sink and very ample shower cupboards under and over the sink with mirror on door. Master bed room has double bed which pulls up to show storage space underneath, walk in wardrobe with mirrored sliding door very ample storage and dressing table ( with stool ). It also has over bed lockers and we have put in a chest with cupboard and 3 drawers for extra storage.
This leaves the last room in the home which was a 2nd shower. It now serves as storage and small work room. This is a minimal description and photo's and further details can be supplied via E-Mail. LOTS of EXTRAS coming with this home.

The home is sited on a park called Val de Vie, it is run by a French family who speak some English.
The village is called Mache and it is very rare to be so close to amenities as most French sites are at least 10 – 15 min drive from anywhere.
The site has a licence for 46 weeks residence but we stay all year with no problem. The annual fees are 975 € payable in January and again in July. We find that on a fixed income this is a great help and not the norm in France.
