This traditional farmhouse sits in a Hamlet of Oradour St Genest in the Haute-Vienne area. It is 11 kms from Le Dorat and slightly less to Bussiere Poitevine with all the commerce you would require and supermarkets. Limoges airport is less than an hour’s drive away.

The house has two entrance doorways the first opens up into the kitchen with tiled flooring, fireplace and wood burner (30m²). The second entrance is in to the adjoining living/dining room (51m²). There is a bathroom with toilet and wash hand basin and an office space (5.51m²). Next to the office is a large central heating boiler room (17.15m²) which has access to the adjoining barn/workshop (121m²).

On the first floor there are three bedrooms (12.50m², 15.60m², 13,35m²), the third bedroom requires plastering and finishing. There is a dressing room (6.60m²) and a bathroom with shower, wash hand basin and there is a separate toilet. Double glazing throughout. Heating is by wood and by oil fired radiators. Sanitation by septic tank (non conforming but fully functioning).
