The village is situated in the Department of Haute-Vienne near to Bellac and Le Dorat both bigger towns which are handy for shopping, schools and amenities. Other towns and villages close-by are Bussière-Poitevine (87320) 4.35 km away, Thiat (87320) 4.97 km away. Limoges International airport is around 50 minutes away by car and there is a train station at Bellac and also at Le Dorat.

In the basement there are 4 rooms, one with a sink (90m²). There is a new boiler just installed.
