A stunning property near to Bellac a town which is situated to the north-west of the Haute-Vienne department of Limousin, It is a small market town with a long history based around the leather tanning industry. The 13th century bridge across the River Vancou is very picturesque and gives a view across the town. Market days in Bellac are Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. Close to the town is the lovely Lac de Saint Pardoux, popular with visitors and locals alike.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped country-style kitchen with tiled flooring and open plan dining area and a cozy lounge. There is a good-sized laundry room attached with shelving and plumbing for appliances. A tiled corridor leads to another sitting room and a large formal dining room which is part of the original cottage; it has a fireplace and wood burner. There is a modern shower room with toilet and wash-hand basin.

On the 1st floor there are 5 good-sized bedrooms (one is used currently as an office) a lage area with wooden flooring that could be used as a Studio, a dressing room, the boiler room and a family bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, bidet and wash-hand basin.

There is gas central heating by radiators and sanitation is direct to French drains.

This tasteful barn conversion has kept lots of the original features and has retained an attached barn to the front of the house. There is also an independent barn and a large workshop/wood store. The garden is attached and is around 2361m².
