Bespoke Service for Inspection Trips:

On confirmation of your chosen properties and flight details we will book a hotel for your inspection trip which lives up to your personal requirements. We will meet you at the airport and transport you to your hotel. From here we will escort you to the estate agent who is charged with the sale of your chosen property. Here we will act as interpreter/translator, accompany you on any visits and guide you through the process at every step. Your conveyancing will be put in the hands of an English solicitor (not just a local 'english-speaking' solicitor) whose expertise has already helped countless ex-pats settle in France. You will have reassurance and guidance at every step of the way in your own language. This service is currently charged at 3% of the purchase price (or £200 per day if no purchase is forthcoming) and includes:

- test reports
- legal advice throughout the buying/selling process
- liaison with notaire
- checking of final deed signed upon completion (acte authentique)
