The apartment is just off the Col de Peyresourde, an absolute favourite with the Tour de France and with cyclists and motorbikers alike. There are numerous walking/hiking routes and cycle/mountain bike routes as you step out of the door. The views are magnificent.

Situated just 5km from Bagneres de Luchon, the apartment is between two ski resorts - Superbagneres in Luchon and Peyragudes. There is also a 9 hole golf course in Luchon (only 5 minutes away).

Lac d'Oo is a short distance (you go through Castillon to reach it) and again is a favourite with hikers and walkers in the region and extremely popular in the Summer months.

We are selling the apartment as part of our semi-retirement plan and to allow us more time to both run our Bed and Breakfast in Saint Beat, near Luchon and also take some time off to travel.
